Sunta Tofu & Bakery
Project Overview
We partnered with a client boasting over 30 years of wholesale manufacturing experience to complete their first retail space—an 8,000 sq. ft. facility in Rainier Valley. The design integrated three distinct operations: tofu wholesale, a Vietnamese banh mi bakery, and Sunta Cafe.
Design & Exterior
Our role encompassed a comprehensive design strategy, from exterior finishes, roofing, and signage to create a cohesive and functional retail space.
Equipment & Permits
We selected mass production equipment and streamlined the process by submitting three building permits and two health plan reviews, ensuring smooth approval for manufacturing operations.
3D Renderings & Collaboration
With 3D renderings, we facilitated collaboration with consultants, fabricators, and the client's MEP team, resulting in an efficient and coordinated execution.
