Project Overview
In partnership with Hiep Star LLC and Pickleball Co-Op, we are spearheading the planning and programming of more health and recreation spaces throughout the Northwest, honoring pickleball's origins in Washington State. We are now working with developers and property owners to integrate pickleball courts—both indoor and outdoor—early in the land use and zoning planning stages.

Our goal is to enhance residential and mixed-use projects, community spaces, and assisted living developments with valuable amenities that attract tenants and buyers.
Business Models & Amenities
We offer three business models: outdoor/indoor courts, club formats with 3-6 courts, and large tournament venues with 30+ courts, including amenities such as showers and administrative areas.
Commercial Integration
Our commercial approach integrates healthy food kiosks by selected brands, creating a vibrant and engaging recreational environment that enhances the overall experience for players and visitors.
