Ichi Group Developer
Project Overview
We are partnering with Ichi Group Developer and Universal Investments LLC to develop a mixed-use project, featuring four levels of apartment homes with ground-level retail, on parcel 362205-9146.
Phase 1 - Wetland Delineation
For phase 1, we collaborated with Skillings Connolly, Inc. in 2018 to evaluate and modify wetland delineations near the site, establishing the foundation for the development project.
Pre-Application & Feasibility Study
Moving forward, we will oversee the new land survey and feasibility study to comply with Covington's downtown MHO zone regulations, including managing consultants for landscape preservation and civil engineering for stormwater management near buffer zones.
Phase 2 - Design Development
Following the pre-application with the city, we will lead the selection of architectural and structural engineering consultants for phase 2, guiding the site plan and design development process.
