We provided a complete turnkey package of services for our client's first store, a 4,800 sq. ft. space, from the ground up. As the project chief designer, Ai acted as both the project coordinator and owner representative to the landlord, Westfield Southcenter.

In partnership with our sustainable bamboo specialist, Lamboo, in the US, we created a precision-functional outdoor furniture and fixture green design system that is easy to build, move, and maintain. Our design provided shop drawings suitable for metal welders to bid, verify, and install with clear communication and accuracy.

We worked closely with the landlord and developer to convert an existing retail space in Southcenter Parkway Shopping Center into the second location for a Vietnamese family-owned market. The project covered a total area of 27,000 square feet, including 7,000 square feet dedicated to six food court cafes with fewer than 12 seats each.

Pickleball Facility

In partnership with Hiep Star LLC and Pickleball Co-Op, we are spearheading the planning and programming of more health and recreation spaces throughout the Northwest, honoring pickleball's origins in Washington State. We are now working with developers and property owners to integrate pickleball courts—both indoor and outdoor—early in the land use and zoning planning stages.
